Coffee Products and Equipment happily refunds any purchases that do not meet the standards in which they were purchased. Should the product be faulty or damaged at the fault of Coffee Products and Equipment please alert us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to any damaged, faulty or incorrect orders within 14 days, for review. A refund or replacement will be made as appropriate. If it is unavailable, we cannot issue a refund but we will endeavour to have the product dispatched to you as soon as it becomes available. If you are not completely satisfied with this scenario, a refund will be made less 30%.
Unfortunately due to the nature of our products and food health and safety, we cannot exchange or refund on any products due to the customer changing their mind. Please choose carefully when purchasing.
Items that are discontinued and no longer available, a refund will be made on the original purchase price. If the product is upgraded or updated with a newer model, a price difference will be advised to the customer via email or phone call and paid accordingly or if you wish not to do so, a refund will be made on the original purchase price.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
